Bolton Camp Project

Reimagining Bolton Camp logo

Imagine a town square where you can shop artisan markets, practice yoga, enjoy a theatre performance, take a photography class, eat a locally grown dinner with a friend or catch a movie under the stars.
Now imagine that all in your backyard.
THAT IS BOLTON CAMP.

architectural rendering of new cafe at Bolton Camp

Located in Caledon, 40 kilometres north of Toronto, the Bolton Camp site — once a much-loved overnight summer camp for low–income families — boasts 254 acres of green space, and a collection of more than 50 historic buildings.

Set against this natural backdrop, the new, redeveloped Bolton Camp will be designed as an adaptable space for a wide range of interests and events that encourage creativity, innovation and learning. This multi-faceted space will host pop-up retail shops, yoga classes, hike and bike camps, inter-generational cooking classes, outdoor festivals, maker spaces and more.
