The beautiful, soaring cliffs that make up the Scarborough Bluffs along Lake Ontario attract many visitors, but they also present a great danger from slope failure, loss of tableland, and hazardous access routes. Warning signs along the cliff edge remind people to stay safely behind the fence, and police are out providing education and fines to those who engage in risky behaviour.
