On behalf of the Members and staff of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, I wish to express sincere condolences to the Ford family with the passing of our colleague Rob Ford.
From the period 2002 until the present, Mr. Ford served on the Authority for almost eight years. He dedicated himself to the fiscally responsible operation of our organization in protecting and preserving our nature and diverse species. A vocal champion of the taxpayer, Mr. Ford was known for his passionate desire for efficiency in all TRCA initiatives.
Our thoughts are with the Ford family at this difficult time.
